A one-day online conference with as many as 500 delegates from Yes Groups across Scotland. This is the annual gathering for the leaders of the grassroots Yes movement. The Congress will look to agree on the priorities for the next year of campaigning and vote on resolutions that set out the grassroots Yes movement's stance on key policies and issues. The Congress is open to all active Yes Groups whether affiliated to Believe in Scotland or not.
