A Path to a Better Scotland?
The Scottish Citizens’ Convention

Gordon MacIntyre-Kemp of Believe in Scotland explains how everyone can be heard on this new road to an independent Scotland. Britain is broken, Scotland needs to choose a better future, we need to strike a new path to a better Scotland, to move our nation forward and break the constitutional logjam.

How do you engage a nation and reengineer the future?
Gordon MacIntyre-Kemp of Believe in Scotland outlines how to refocus the conversation on independence away from party politics and the echo-chambers of social media and re-engage the people of Scotland in a genuine and far-reaching new national conversation. A conversation that maps out the hopes and dreams of our nation and turns them into a deliverable manifesto by engaging all aspects of Scottish society.

Gordon will discuss how the Citizens’ Convention Approach will remove the constitutional roadblocks. He will also outline the risks, rewards and relevance of this approach in providing an antidote to the UK’s (and wider) dangerous shift to rightwing populism and the dystopian future we face if Scotland doesn’t strike that new path.
